Playmate Holly Madison Was Too Old For Hefner

Although most of us may not have seen the break up of Holly Madison and Hugh Hefner coming *cough*, Madison said Hef should have, because she had been unhappy for quite some time. And even though the old guy couldn't give her babies like she wanted, she said they're still best friends. Plus, she was too old for the old guy anyway....

Holly and Hugh were together for seven years (can you even imagine?) and according to the 28-year-old, her ex shouldn't be upset over their split - it was clear that she was unhappy and he should have seen that.

Madison, who was rumored to have been pregnant with Hef's baby at one point during their relationship, said, "I'm just kind of sad about my break-up with Hef. I wish he would've seen it coming.

"Everybody was surprised when it happened because even though I was unhappy for a long time, the split happened suddenly. The signs were there. I was depressed for a while.

"I want to be with somebody I can have more of a future with eventually (Like THIS guy perhaps?). Hef and I can't get married and have kids, so it was fun (oh ya, dating grandpa would be a blast!) while it lasted but it wasn't right for my old age. I got too old for Hef." Um ya, 28-year-old is too old for 104-year-old. Okay, he's only 82, but still...

Although they've broken up, Holly still lives at the Playboy Mansion, but they're in separate rooms. Said Holly to Extra, "I've been staying in the guest room. Hef was kind enough not to kick me out of the house (and) my condo should be finished soon.

"I still work for him (Hefner). We're still best friends. I still call and check in on him almost everyday."

It's great they're still friends and they've both moved on - Hef has got himself a couple of 19-year-olds (creepy!) and Holly has found her new baby daddy - do you know who it is?

The Girls Next Door Third Time's the Charming Review

The girls shoot new pictorials and hint towards the future.
by Robert Canning

It's the end of an era. Though The Girls Next Door will be back for season six, it simply won't be the same with Holly, Kendra and Bridget leaving the mansion and Hef behind for other men and passions. "Third Time's the Charming" brings the series as we know it to a terrific end. It not only sweetly and poignantly looks back on the run of the series, but it also shows us Holly, Kendra and Bridget naked. A lot. What more could we ask for from The Girls Next Door?

The episode started off with Holly and Bridget pitching the idea of a third pictorial to Hef and his buddies. The man didn't need much convincing. When Holly asked, "Who wants to see us naked again?" the entire room raised their hands. (Except Hef, of course. He's seen them naked plenty of times.) The idea for the pictorial was great: each girl would get her own individual shoot. Kendra pointed out that in past pictorials, the three girlfriends always appeared together. The episode then graced us with a montage of shots from past Playboys. I have some back issues to order.

The other great idea Holly presented was to have three separate covers for each girl. These would be shot in such a way that if you put all three covers together, you'd get one wide shot of the three ladies standing in front of the mansion. Not only was this a great marketing ploy, but it also was a great representation of the girls and the reality series that made them famous. Watching the process unfold is always interesting, and it was true in this episode as well. It was neat to see the set up of the three shoots on the front lawn of the mansion. It was cool to see that with the digital cameras, the photographer could take a photo and then immediately see what it would look like on the cover, with the Playboy logo and all. And I was also happy to see we got the same amount of coverage for each of the girls. We all have ours, but the series doesn't play favorites

Much of the rest of the episode was spent watching each of the women at their individual photo shoots. Holly, who only recently learned to swim, chose to have her shoot underwater. This was done at the mansion pool. Defying death, Holly accentuated her nude poses by being wrapped up and locked in chains. It was a unique shoot and will likely please a lot of her fans. Kendra gave us the quote of the evening with, "The key to my pictures is sexuality." When is that not the key to nude pictures? Are there models out there thinking, "The key to my pictures for Playboy is economics"? Or, "The key to my pictures is 18th century French literature." Yes, Kendra, the key to your pictures is sexuality. You might also want to add "nakedness." Though I'm not the biggest fan of Kendra, I can't deny the fact that when she's caked up with make-up, posing naked at sunset on a California beach, she does look pretty damn hot.

Bridget had my favorite pictorial shoot in this episode. Her love of retro circus acts gave us the setting and it suited her. She had some great photos taken while she posed hanging from a circular trapeze bar. Also, Bridget was naked. I very much enjoy that. But the absolute best part was seeing who else was in the pictorial with Bridget. At the top of the episode, while Bridget and Holly were tossing around ideas, the circus theme came up and Holly suggested, "You should get, like, a fire-breathing midget or something." Lo and behold, some 15 minutes later, there stood a fire-breathing circus midget behind a nude, dangling Bridget. As always, when it comes to these ladies, if there's something they want, they get it.

The biggest surprise, however, came in the last act. The episode took on the feel of a series finale. We all know the girls are leaving Hef, but the series has never come right out and made this known. But in the last moments of this episode, each of the women got to reflect on their time at the mansion and with Hef. They all said some great things (even Kendra -- though I'm not entirely sold on her claim that she's "changing into a woman now.") and I actually found myself sad that the threesome is over. I'm not saying I was bawling or anything, but in watching the series, you do find yourself rooting for things to work out. For Holly to get Hef to marry her, for Bridget to join a naked circus and for Kendra to, well… find a purpose beyond partying, I guess. We may not know what the future holds for The Girls Next Door, but we do know it'll never quite be the same.

Sarah Jessica Parker Says Sex and the City Sequel Will Be About..

THE CREDIT CRUNCH!

Really? "Sex and the City's" cousin, "Confessions of a Shopaholic" tried that approach, and I think, it's not that endearing! But like I said, Isla Fisher saved the film in a big way!

Now, Sarah Jessica Parker, Miss Carrie Bradshaw to me and you, revealed that yeah, it's going to be about the credit crisis.

Even our lovely SATC pals feel the pinch!

Parker revealed to The Sun that:

“How do we address these economic times in a franchise that has a lot to do with luxury and labels?”

“How do we do that well? And how do we do that in a not lazy way?

“There is a lot that we have to think about because times are very different. So these are nice challenges, these are good challenges.”

But still, credit crisis notwithstanding, the sequel will be fun!

“I think we want this one to be a romp. The last one, we got to tell a really mature sophisticated story that had real heartbreak in it, and this time, I think we want a romp. We want our audience to have a massive romp.”

Okay. The last film wasn't that fantastic, so I'm relying on Parker and the gang to give us a fun romp no matter how dire our global economic picture has been shaping up!

Oscars 2009 Sarah Jessica Parker hints at Sex and the City sequel

Actress Sarah Jessica Parker hinted that a sequel to her blockbuster Sex and the City film is on the cards as she arrived at the Oscars.

The 43-year-old dazzled fans as she arrived on the red carpet at the Academy Awards ceremony wearing a strapless, ivory gown.

When asked about the likelihood of a sequel to last year's film adaptation of the popular television series, she said: "It looks very promising."

However, Parker, who attended the Hollywood event with her husband Matthew Broderick, said she was unaware of the plot for the forthcoming romantic comedy.

She added: "I do not know anything yet, not one single thing."

Also on the red carpet was Sir David Frost, whose interview with disgraced former US president Richard Nixon provided the basis for the film Frost/Nixon, which was nominated for five Oscars.

The 69-year-old British journalist said he had still not yet grown accustomed to seeing himself played by Michael Sheen on screen.

He said: "It's quite odd to see him (Sheen) up there on film or stage. It's a bit like an out-of-body experience.

"He was brilliant because he didn't do an impersonation - he took the character and added to it."

Speaking on the red carpet, Sheen said he would be sitting next to Sir David as the winners were read out.

He joked: "I'm going to be sitting next to him at the awards - I can't get rid of him."

Bridget Marquardt Filming Her New Reality Show!

Bridget Marquardt, one of Hugh Hefner’s ex-girlfriends, is one of my favorite celebrities. She just seems so nice. I doubt she has a mean bone in her body. For 35 years old, she looks great! Bridget was on the Gold Coast in Australia filming her new reality show Bridget’s Sexiest Beaches.

I think Bridget needs to have some children. She just seems like she would be an awesome mom. She would have her little girls all matching, and she would be the ultimate soccer mom

Oscar Red-Carpet Fashion Best And Worst

Published by Jocelyn Vena

Everyone wanted to look amazing at this year’s Oscars, and it was definitely a night for actresses to grace the red carpet in red or some shade of white. Some people did it right, while others left a lot to be desired.

Sarah Jessica Parker: The “Sex and the City” star loves to look like a ballerina, but she knows how to do it right and make sure she looks sexy.

Natalie Portman: Breaking the night’s trend of red and white, she showed up in shocking pink. Portman looked sophisticated and fresh.

Marion Cotillard: Sequins and tulle can be a horror show, but Marion is French and therefore made her party frock work.

Zac Efron and Robert Pattinson: These guys know how to work a tux and screamed old-school Hollywood style.

Angelina Jolie: She wasn’t wearing a muumuu. Plus, the combination of her black dress paired with those emerald earrings was shocking in the right way.

Worst

Miley Cyrus: Decked out in a sparkly, tiered white gown, she looked like she was auditioning for the role of Cinderella at the Magic Kingdom.

Kate Winslet: She likes the bandage-style dress, but at this point, it’s getting a little tired. And the weird lacy, sequined detailing wasn’t an improvement.

Tilda Swinton: She never embraces traditional styles and sometimes looks bizarre. Plus, her hair, skin and the top half of her dress all matched.

BeyoncĂ©: She looked like my great aunt’s couch!

Amy Adams: Her red gown with geometric black detailing was strange and not flattering. How disappointing!

What did you think of the red-carpet fashion? Do you agree with our choices, or did we miss the mark?

Sex in the City More

Written by Erin Burris

The sequel to Sex and the City: The Movie, came out in theaters on Feb. 13, 2009 --oh wait, no, that was a different movie. Confessions of a Shopaholic was released last Friday, not the sequel that People Magazine recently confirmed is in the works via one of the four Sex and the City gals, Kim Cattrall. Now that there's been a confirmation on the sequel, Confessions, can only serve as a filler-film to tide the television series' fans over, until the second film shows up. The Isla Fisher film is also based on a girlish novel, and features a journalist on the loose in the big city, doing more shopping than actual writing. Sound familiar? It should if you're savvy on Carrie Bradshaw the fictional woman in her thirties written first by novelist Candace Bushnell. Ms. Bradshaw, on a first-name basis at the Manhattan Prada boutique, details the whims and woes of her love life in a weekly column (later turned book-deal) -whilst spending thousands on shoes.

photo_28_hiresCarrie's three best friends each represent one extreme version of a single woman in her thirties. Samantha (Cattrall) is the single-and-proud-to-be-single character, making the rounds on Manhattan men from episode to episode. Charlotte (the adorable Kristin Davis) is essentially Samantha's opposite, she's looking for love, marriage and children-and a Classic Six on the Upper East Side. And then there's Miranda, played by Cynthia Nixon, who's a sarcastic lawyer who will welcome love if it finds her, but isn't placing any bets on it. The three characters surrounding Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker) simultaneously represent the separate aspects of her personality.

The HBO series ran for six seasons before they called it quits. The series television finale ended with a montage of the four gals with their respective men-the whole gang in individual contentment. It left avid watchers in contentment as well -- and then it happened. The promise of a movie. Fans wondered: What will it be about? Where's the drama going to come from? Will there be a wedding? There were blogs, message boards, and all-out debates based on what we knew, and what we hoped to find out. In the end of May 2008, the answer arrived and feelings were divided about the impatiently awaited movie.

photo_02_hiresIt did have a wedding, and in an attempt to create drama, Mr. Big (Chris Noth) pulls a huge "Mr. Big" and, after a long sequence in which Carrie is shrouded by Venetian blinds at a Mexican resort to exert her aching heartbreak, the movie goes the way of most all romantic comedies, leaving fans once again in contentment. Many were over-critical. When the series ended in 2004, the thought of "No more Sex and the City?" was nearly unbearable, so the fact that we received a reunion at all was more than worth sitting through a slow motion Carrie, whacking an apologetic Big with her bridal bouquet in the middle of the New York City street. All the well-heeled devotees wanted was to see those four women together again, to remind us of what we've missed, but all the while making us feel as though we'd never been apart. All we wanted was part seven of an absolutely superb series, sprinkled with Miranda's wit, Samantha's fantasies-come-to-life, Charlotte's romanticism and Carrie's heart.

So a sequel, you say? Because the first flick raked in some $400 million worldwide, a follow-up film is probably not a bad idea. While a decent narrative coupled with the omission of any slow motion scenes would be appreciated, Sex and the City writer-director-producer Michael Patrick King doesn't need to stress too greatly over the next one. Toss in a few clever lines, a plot twist, and another bit up to par with "Poughkeepsie," and it's as good as season eight.

Cosmos and Jimmy Choos for everyone Sex and the City take two is a do

by Emily Lloyd, NY Celebrity Surveillance Examiner

It's official, SATC fans: Carrie Bradshaw lives!

E! news reports that the much-anticipated and oft-rumored Sex and the City movie sequel is as done a deal as Carrie and Big's nuptials. "Everything was finalized yesterday afternoon," reveals an unnamed source. It turns out alleged contract disputes between New York's fave actresses Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis, Cynthia Nixon, and Sarah Jessica Parker have all been smoothed out, and the fab foursome will soon be hitting the NYC streets in their mile-high stilettos (natch) to film the next SATC. Plan for a juicy Big Apple premiere with really, really awesome headwear to boot in the summer of 2010.

He’s Just Not That Into You

By Corey Hall

This latte-frothy, star-studded, overstuffed romantic comedy got its title (and inspiration) from a Sex and the City gag line that spawned a best-seller by Liz Tuccillo and Greg Behrendt, whom you may remember as the spiky-haired chat-show tool who briefly ruined daytime TV. The author and his soul patch cameo here, but the real star power’s in the huge cast of tabloid darlings.

The film’s set in an alternate dimension where Baltimore’s the epicenter of romantically neurotic, club-life-loving supermodel-hot singles, where such gorgeous women have trouble getting dates. This Neverland also sports zippy cultural relevance for MySpace references (but not Facebook), and breaks verisimilitude by featuring people who allude to texting, but spend time chatting on clunky landline phones.

But it ain’t without charm, namely Goodwin (Big Love) as the bubbly but romantically hapless Gigi, who ends up getting earnest dating advice from smarmily charming bar owner Alex (Long), a bronco whom she’d not-so-secretly like to buck. Meanwhile, her co-workers, at the world’s best looking office, struggle to nail their men into domesticity; Barrymore’s surfing for love online, while working at an alt-weekly staffed entirely by chatty gay guys. Then Scarlett Johansson parachutes in from Slut Mountain, playing exactly the sort of pouty-lipped blond home-wrecker that the flick’s target demo loves to hate.

At first glance, Ben Affleck’s like a special effect, his megastardom threatening to overwhelm his bid at character-actor status, until you notice he’s giving the most understated and credible performance here. He has real chemistry with Jennifer Aniston, but their semi-mature “Will we ever get married?” storyline isn’t juicy enough to carry the picture, and gets pushed to the bench. Some couplings work, some don’t, but if you wait a few moments the movie will jump to the next one.

Paris Hilton Grammy Girl

Making a trip to the red carpet, Paris Hilton was on-hand for the 2009 Grammy Awards held at the Staples Center on Sunday in Los Angeles on Sunday evening (February 8).

The hotel heiress was all glammed up, soaking up her moment in the spotlight as she posed for photogs on the red carpet.

Miss Hilton has been a staple at all of the Grammy festivities this year, attending Lil Wayne's Cash Money party last night.

She also was on hand for the Grammy Tribute to Neil Diamond the previous night, hitting the fancy affair with sister Nicky.

Pamela Anderson Parties in Gold Thong

LOS ANGELES — Pamela Anderson Parties in Gold Thong | Life After Playboy: Kendra Wilkinson Forced Into Seclusion | Cops Called in as Suge Knight Crashes Tradeshow | Kara Dioguardi Doesn't Watch Or Read About 'American Idol'

Pamela Anderson Parties in Gold Thong

Seriously, when is Pamela Anderson going to start acting her age??! The 41-year-old mama turned up to NYC hotspot Cain Luxe at around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday night for designer Richie Rich's Fashion Show after-party donning a gold one-piece bathing suit (g-string) with a white bath robe over it. Anderson even proceeded to do twirls as she entered the swanky venue.

While the former "Baywatch" babe certainly still has a bangin' bod, given she has adolescent sons isn't it about time she put it away? Pammie actually strutted her stuff on the Richie Rich runway at the Waldorf Astoria earlier that night, alongside other celebs such as "America's Next Top Model" winner Caridee English,

Pamela Anderson Entertains Her “Favorite German

Back home in southern California following a stint at Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week, Pamela Anderson was spotted out and about in Beverly Hills yesterday (February 25).

The former “Baywatch” babe sported a sexy cleavage-baring white dress with matching peep-toe heels as she dined at the Ivy restaurant.

Accompanying Miss Anderson was Prince Marcus von Anhalt who is apparently her “favorite German,” as she told the paparazzi that followed her around town.

After their delicious meal together, Pammie and her gentleman caller proceeded to stroll around Beverly Hills on a shopping excursion.

Pam Anderson's Boobs Take Her For A Walk

If those things were filled with helium, Pam Anderson would literally be walking on air. To be fair, though, this is probably the nicest we've seen her dressed...ever.

The matching cream top, skirt and peep-toe shoes are really quite flattering on the beach bunny who has taken to walking around in half an outfit these days.

What are you up to, Pammie? I'd grown so used to seeing her in a sparkly one-piece that this feels like she's wearing a burka.

'Dr Who' star Colin has encounter with 'Simpsons' fan Pamela Anderson

It might seem unlikely Pamela Anderson and Doctor Who star Colin Baker have anything in common. But a recent impromptu meeting between the pair in Santa Monica revealed a shared interest, following a spontaneous impression of Homer Simpson.

"As we passed a Belgian chocolate shop, one of my companions uttered the word 'chocolate' in the same tones Homer Simpson intones 'beer!'," the 65-year-old English actor explains. "As we waited for the lights to change to Walk to allow us the escape the temptations of confectionary, I intoned Homer's actual words."

"An American woman standing at the curbside said, 'Now you're talking!' and laughed. We chatted, and as she walked away I said to my companions, 'You know she looked a bit like Pamela Anderson. 'That,' replied one of them 'was because she was Pamela Anderson'."

And while Colin – best known as the sixth incarnation of the Time Lord – took a while to identify the Baywatch star, he remains optimistic Pamela didn't have the same difficulty. "I would love to think she said to her female companion that I looked a bit like the bloke who used to play Doctor Who. No, not Tom! The other one!".

Pamela Anderson struggles to stay in her tiny bikini as she frolics with new mystery man

By Daily Mail Reporter

It may be 20 years since Pamela Anderson first stripped off for Playboy magazine, but the former Baywatch star is continuing to show off her famous curves.

Pamela has been spotted on the beach with her mystery man several times last week, and introduced him to celebrity pal Matthew McConaughey when they bumped into each other one afternoon.

It looks like the mother-of-two may have found love again after three failed marriage.

The Canadian model-turned-actress-turned-author nearly flashed a bit too much of her gravity-defying curves as she frolicked on the beach with the latest man in her life.

Wearing a loose-fitting brown bikini, the 41-year-old wrestled in the sand with her hat-wearing lover.

The blonde bombshell was spotted topping up her tan on a Malibu beach, just a short walk from her beachside home.

After play fighting with her new beau, Pamela strode along the beach, appearing unaware her ill-fitting bikini bottoms were slipping down her derrière.

Pamela split from Rick Saloman - most famous as Paris Hilton's co-star in her infamous sex tape - in December 2007, after just nine weeks of marriage.

She was also married to rap/rocker Kid Rock for four months in 2006 and Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee for three years in the late Nineties.

After making her Playboy debut in 1989 after being discovered on a TV screen while attending a Canadian football game, Pamela is hoping to appear in the men's magazine for the 14th time this year.

Pamela reminded Playboy boss Hugh Hefner of her assets in April when she presented him with his birthday cake while completely naked at his 82nd bash.

Pamela will next be seen on screen in the comedy Hollywood & Wine, alongside Shoot Me comedian David Space.

Megan Fox Shows You Her Cherry

Like many Americans who don't busy their days trying to conceive of ways to nail Megan Fox, I am a little ambivalent about her. There's the obvious attempts to be Angelina Jolie ("she's like a superhuman goddess"), the bizarre quotes she gives to reporters and the lack of proof, as yet, that she can truly act.

Well, her new interview with GQ doesn't do much to alleviate those concerns but it does make me like her a little bit more through a combination of career candor, cuss words and cherries. I'm sorry, but as fanboy pandering as that photo is, there's no denying it is one hot shot. Thankfully the article that accompanies the steamy shoot is just as titillating!

The first time I realized Megan was self-aware
"I've done one movie. And it's not a movie I want to stand on as far as acting ability goes. I mean - I'm not going to win an Oscar anytime soon. I'm not Meryl Streep."

Sorry is a four-letter word "With any of the Miley Cyrus s**t, or that Vanessa Hudgens s**t - I would never issue an apology for my life and who I am. Someone betrayed Vanessa, but no one's angry at that person. She had to apologize. I hate Disney for making her do that. F*** Disney"

Realizing the implications of saying "F*** Disney"
"Yeah, that was probably a bad move - they own everything. But it's not right, they take these little girls and put them through entertainment school and make them wear belly shirts, but they won't allow them to be their own people. It makes me sick."

Who doesn't have a girl crush?
"Look, I'm not a lesbian - I just think all humans are born with the ability of being attracted to both sexes. Olivia Wilde (from "House") is so sexy she makes me want to strangle a mountain ox with my bare hands."

Responding to the question, "Do the robots in 'Transformers 2' act more human in the sequel?"
"You weren't concerned about them making the humans seem more human?"

Megan is capable of offending even herself!
"If my mom were to tell me that I'd been born with male and female genitalia and that she had to make a choice, I would believe her. That's the upside of dating a woman who's almost a man. She likes the same things that you like, but she has a vagina. Don't print that - that I said vagina."

Megan Fox Joins the Ranks of Celebrities Who Regret Their Ex Tattoos

Megan Fox and her fiance, David from 90210, have broken up. Sad news—especially since Fox has her now-ex's name permanently tattooed on her body. Which other celebrities have made the same mistake?

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson welcome in 2009 by 'brawling in alley outside nightclub'

By Daily Mail Reporter

Lindsay Lohan and her girlfriend Samantha Ronson rang in 2009 by physically fighting each other after falling out in a Miami nightclub.

The pair began brawling in a dark alley after storming out of the city's Mansion club on New Year's Eve, according to U.S. reports.

They then returned to their hotel where they allegedly began throwing punches at one another and screaming until security pulled them apart.

An onlooker told the New York Post newspaper: 'It was a really gross alley. There was a bum [tramp] eating a sandwich watching the whole thing

'Lindsay was really unstable and flipping out.'

The fracas began after Lohan, 22, and London-born DJ Ronson, 31, left Mansion.

The source said: 'Lohan screeched at Ronson, "When I storm off, you are supposed to follow me!"'

Then after the pair returned to their nearby hotel, crashing sounds and screaming were heard coming from their room until the fight spilled out into the hallways at about 11am that morning, the newspaper reported.

One eyewitness told the publication: 'They were punching each other - it was bad. And they were doing this in front of all of us. It was scary.

'At one point, Lohan dropped to her knees and cried, "Why are you doing this to me?" Sam just said, "I don't know you."'

Hotel security was called and photographs were taken of the room, which was reportedly 'trashed'.

A spokeswoman for Mean Girls star Lohan said: 'There was an argument. I don't know the details, but they left for Los Angeles together and it's fine.'

The couple have had a series of major spats recently.

In November, Lohan left a party to mark the launch of a Dubai hotel in tears after rowing with Ronson.

They also had a screaming match at London club Boujis after Ronson spotted the actress dancing with model Calum Best.

New Year Belle Lindsay Lohan rings in 2009 on the beach in a black bikini

By Chris Johnson

Lindsay Lohan rang in the New Year in a relaxed style, prancing around on a beach in Miami.

The Hollywood starlet slipped into a simple black bikini as she celebrated the last day of 2008.

But despite Lindsay's smiles her girlfriend Samantha Ronson was elsewhere.

Instead the 22-year-old lapped up the attention from a male fan... but Sam has no need to worry - he was just a few years old.

Lindsay was soaking up the sun when the boy, sporting a pair of Spider Man swimming shorts, ran over to her and kissed her on the check.

Lindsay seemed delighted with the attention, and beamed after the affectionate gesture.

But despite Sam's absence it appears the couple are still going strong.

They were spotted together days earlier in Florida shopping for sexy lingere, plus a new black and gold chain halter neck bikini which Lohan then wore to the beach.

It appears the couple have gotten over their tiff last month during a trip to London.

After a night of partying, Lindsay went to the couple's limousine but was left waiting for her other half for ten minutes.

When they arrived back at their hotel onlookers said British girl Samantha stormed out of their Maybach limousine and went inside, leaving Lindsay sitting alone.

Perhaps the sour mood between the two was caused by the surprise appearance of Lindsay's former lover Calum Best.

An insider at the time said: 'Lindsay was horrified when she found out Calum was there and refused to talk to him.

'Samantha gets jealous of her former male lovers, and Lindsay didn't want to upset her.'

Also on the same beach yesterday was Scottish actor Gerard Butler.

Butler, who starred as the Phantom in the 2004 film Phantom of the Opera, chilled on the beach and opted for the covered-up look with a white t-shirt.

Later on in last night Lindsay flew to New York where she was reunited with lover Ronson.

The two hosted a New year's eve bash at fashionable club Mansion.

And Lindsay again appeared delighted to receive a kiss, this time from her girlfriend.
